Vince Salvo has been optimizing performance in the Permian Basin for operators drilling San Andres laterals by eliminating the inefficiencies of the “me too” consulting firms in the area.  In his responsibilities for the Permian Basin he also focuses on tailoring programs for operators in the Delaware and Midland basins which are fit for purpose for the challenges around the staked well.  Based on experience with losses in South Texas and saltwater flows/losses in the Permian he is uniquely suited for handling any challenges in these areas.  Mr. Salvo is located in the heart of the action in the Permian Basin and is a local to the Midland/Odessa area, which allows him to interact with the local operators and service companies and provides an intimate knowledge of the local market.  His diverse background in drilling operations, project management, and his educational background as a Mechanical Engineer provide an excellent basis for managing drilling operations for Permian Basin operators.
